The SAP discovery phase is often overlooked but crucial in new S/4HANA Cloud implementations. Understanding your current business processes, technology, data, and people is essential to pave the way towards the desired end state. We collaborate with you to define strategic goals, create roadmaps, and map out current business processes and "As Is" architecture.

Our approach includes planning workshops to document areas, identify gaps, pain points, and challenges. We carefully design the workshop structure and involve key stakeholders. Adopting a cloud mindset, we prioritize fit-to-standard implementations with minimal configuration. We embrace agility and engage users in the digital transformation process often standing up demo systems

In parallel, we plan the deliverables such as current business processes, data, application/technology architecture, roll-out approach, RFI/RFP, and business case. To enhance familiarity with S/4HANA Cloud, the business team can utilize a Cloud Trial system as a sandbox experience. This serves two purposes: providing relevant exposure for the Cloud Mindset assessment and enabling users to focus on business requirements rather than adapting to a new user experience.
